  • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Lemon - 1 piece;
  • olive oil - half a cup;

  1. Peel the vegetables from the leaves, leaving only the inner white leaves, located in the middle of the bud. Cut off the bottom of the stem, about 5 cm.

  • artichokes - 10 pcs;
  • white bread - 25 grams;
  • Sunflower oil - 25 grams;
  • lemon - 1 pc;
  • Dry white wine - 5 tbsp;

  1. Cut a lemon and squeeze the juice from it in a pot of water.
  2. From the vegetable remove the outer leaves, cut off the stalks.
