Sturgeon makes a very tasty, tender kebab. Cook this fish better on skewers, it is not difficult and very fast - the maximum cooking time is no more than 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the slices. The taste of the finished dish largely depends on how the sturgeon was marinated.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fish;
  • 3 tablespoons of salt (without the salt slide);
  • 1 tablespoon sugar;
  • Allspice, bay leaf, coriander and mustard seeds - to taste.
